Education Qualification: Should be a Graduate, Post Graduates preferred
Hardcore Sales & Business development experience in International BPO
Achieving revenue and profitability targets for the business
Setting customer expectations consistent with service offerings and delivery
Keep customer relationship management system up to date on a daily basis.
Deal Management: Closes deals as per pipeline and forecast sales as per
agreed time commitments. Able to measure success against competition and
where forecast deals are unsuccessful, is able to understand and gain market
information as to why a deal is lost.
Excellent Presentation & Communication skills both written & verbal.
Should be a self-starter.
Knowledge of International Markets (US, UK, Canada & Australia)
Good personality & a Team player.
