- Manpower handling.
- Quality Circle study & progress to reduce rejection PPM.
- Press Shop planning and coordination.
- Awareness of Press line activity.
- In process and final inspection of sheet metal component (Skin panel and internal panel).
- Press Tool and Jigs, Fixture design
- Costing & Process finalization
- New die manufacturing, Die tryout for new project.
- Press tool rectification, Preventive maintenance.
- Planning for tool room & modification as per customer requirement.
- In process and final inspection of sheet metal component.
- Should have Familiar with resistance welding(spot, seam, butt welding)
- Continuous improvement project: Improved design of tool and manufacturing process, decreasing warranty cost.
- Continual improvement project: process improvement to reduce cost (processing cost) and to increase productivity.
- Good Knowledge of GD & T.
