Job Description:
 

• ^§                   Create static graphics or animations as per graphic descriptions provided in the storyboards for use in Web-based Training (WBTs) or Computer-based Training CBTs

 

• ^§                   Work under the guidance of a Graphic Designer to implement designs consistently and with high quality

 

• ^§                   Review, understand graphic descriptions, and doodle (rough sketch) your ideas before implementing them

 

• ^§                   Contribute/exchange ideas during brainstorming sessions with the visual design and writing team

 

• ^§                   Work in sound editing tools to edit audio and sync them in other tools

 
Profile of the candidate:
 ^§                   Must be able to come up with creative designs that will appeal to international audiences
 

• ^§                   Must have some experience and exposure to Flash animation concepts

 

• ^§                   Must have a good sense of colors for international clients

 

• ^§                   Must be able to create icons based on concepts provided by a designer or by reading the graphic description

 

• ^§                   Should be able to communicate effectively (using both verbal and written English) with internal teams to communicate ideas and requirements
• ^§                   Must have the ability to learn new tools and technologies

 

• ^§                   Must be able to learn new design styles and concepts and implement them in their work

 
Technical knowledge required:

• ^§                   Good knowledge of creating animations in Flash 8 and above

 

• ^§                   Good knowledge of using graphics software like Adobe Photoshop

 

• ^§                   Working knowledge of Dreamweaver (desirable, not essential)

 

• ^§                   Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator (desirable, not essential)
