Job Profile:
The Pre-Requisite For The Candidate Shall As Follows-
- Ability to lead a group of job engineers and designers on a project -endeavour to complete the project within the planned man-hours to client satisfaction.
- Shall have excellent command over written and spoken English.
- Should have DCS, ESD, F&G system experience
- Metering skids, tank gauging system & condition monitoring system experience
- Sil classification studies, verification studies experience
- Experience of proposals and man-hour estimations
He Shall Be Primarily Responsible For The Following Engineering Activities:-
- Generate instrument & control philosophy and design basis
- Prepare/review instrument specification & data sheets
- Prepare list of delierable and finalize schedule with planning
- Review/prepare material requisitions, vendor’s offers, technical bid analysis, vendor documents
- Review drawings/ documents prepared by the job engineer/ designers
- Prepare system architecture diagram for DCS, ESD, F&G system
- co ordinate with other disciplines like electrical, process, piping, HSE, civil & structure, arch.
- Liaise with the client and vendors
- Resolve the site queries
- Carry out sizing calculations for control valves , safety valves and flow elements
- Supervise & train the junior staff
- I/O list, index, system graphics, system block diagram, logic diagram
- Vendor drawing checking
- Participate in fat/sat
- Site survey and data collection
- Interface with other engineering discipline
