Responsibilities and Duties:
- Must possess good computer literacy/software applications in process design currently in vogue. Should have had hands-on experience working on process simulation softwares like hysys, pipesim, tlnet, tgnet, flarenet, olga etc. Should be well conversant with international standards/codes such as shell deps, api, asme etc
- Preparation of Process Flow Scheme (PFS), Process Engineering Flow scheme (PEFS) & Process Safeguarding Flow Scheme (PSFS
- Experience in FEED, Feasibility Studies etc
- Preparation of Heat and Mass balance by performing simulation (HYSYS & PIPESIM)
- Preparation of Design Basis, Operating Philosophy, Control & Safeguarding Narratives
- Preparation of equipment & instrument specification and Process data sheets
- Participated in Design Review, HAZOP and IPF Review meetings
- Preparation of HAZOP & IPF close out report as per recommendation provided during FEED
