Job Description:
Person should have experience in Conceptual Design, FEED Engineering, Detailed engineering.
Should have Experience in HSE Design and Construction.
Should review the HSE Philosophy,HSE Plan, Hazardous Area Classification Drawings, F & G Layouts and Cause & Effect Charts, Escape Route Drawings etc.
Should have in-depth knowledge and experience of various safety studies and workshops like HAZID, HAZOP, SIL etc. and should be able to review 3rd party studies such as QRA and HSEIA.
On the construction front, he should be able to review the contractor’s QHSE system, conduct safety inspections and advise the contractor on site safety issues.
Should be well versed in the gamut of site safety procedures like Job Safety Analysis, Toolbox Talks etc.
Should be able to form a seamless link between the Client and the Contractor on safety related matters.
