Qualification:12th ( Completion of secondary education).

Checks Sea and Air Freight documents and produces art Internal manifest of Incoming materials in order number sequence. Completes Customs documentation.
Tallies and checks the cargo against the ships manifest noting any discrepancies
Completes tonnage reports monthly for accounts purposes.
Checks supplier’s advice/invoices against outstanding orders and completes the receiving documentation.
Raises discrepancy/damage reports and goods received Notes.
Maintains record of discrepancy/damage reports and Goods Received Notes.
Instructs Store men and participates as necessary in checking and clearing materials received.
Carryout site visits to Contractors site for inspection of Term Contract Materials
Handles the receipt of various types of Chemicals, Oil and Gas Cylinders and arrange appropriate storage as per Manufacturer stipulated conditions. Able to read and understand contents of Material Safety Data Sheets
Answers queries from various user sections on arrival dates and contents of shipments
Allocates storage space and plans and arranges shelving to suit material requirement
Identify materials according to specification & existing stocks checking with users as necessary.
Checks conditions of materials and takes preservation and protective measures as necessary
Select correct Location for materials and ensures the location number for Computer input processed.
Checks requisitions before issue lo ensure accuracy and correct authorization
Assist the control and issue of Personnel Protective Equipments (PPE) and maintain data base.

It’s an Offshore based and rotational for 90 days ON followed by 30 days OFF.
The contract is initially for 3 years with possibility of extension
