JAVA Technical Lead (HR)
Job Description:
Ability to frame the specifications based on high level understanding of problem statement and develop / unit test the code
Hands-on knowledge of Java, Servlets, J2EE and JDBC are mandatory along with excellent skills in Spring, Hibernate, Ajax, and / or Tapestry
Good knowledge of XML, UML; and understanding of RDBMS: Oracle / MySQL Server
Familiarity with source code configuration tools like Subversion (SVN) or CVS
Preferred skills: Struts, JQuery
Should be a self-starter with ability of working in tight schedule and an agile development lifecycle
Be able to provide technical leadership to a team of more than 4 members
Candidate Profile:
Education: B.E. / B.Tech / MCA / MCS / PG Diploma
Minimum 6 years of experience in Java and related technologies; atleast 2 years in Spring & Hibernate
Problem solving and debugging skills
Good leadership skills
Must have good communication skills in English (written / verbal)
Communication skills – must be decent – be able to communicate with customer
