Education Qualification: BE Instrumentation
The candidate should have experience of conceptual, feed and detailed engineering of various projects, preferrably offshore,down stream processing.
Job Profile:
Ø Generate instrument & control philosophy and design basis.
Ø Prepare/review instrument specification & data sheets.
Ø Prepare list of deliverable and finalize schedule with planning.
Ø Review/prepare material requisitions, vendor’s offers, technical bid analysis, vendor documents.
Ø Review drawings/ documents prepared by the job engineer/ designers.
Ø Prepare system architecture diagram for dcs, esd & f&g system
Ø Co ordinate with other disciplines like electrical, process, piping, HSE, civil & structure, arch.
Ø Liaise with the client and vendors.
Ø Resolve the site queries.
Ø Carry out sizing calculations for control valves , safety valves and flow elements.
Ø Supervise & Train the junior staff.
