Why some countries don’t accept apostille

- State-level verification (HRD, Home Department/SDM, or Chamber of Commerce).
- MEA attestation (an attestation stamp, not an apostille).
- Attestation by that country’s embassy or consulate in India.
- Often, a final attestation by the destination’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs after arrival.
